1. If you hold down the button for about 7 seconds, up comes a screen that says "Rebooting" in orange... Release the button.
After a moment, up comes a text menu: Select reboot mode: continue, download, recovery, power off. You can step through it with the power button.
2. Screen capture (mentioned in OP thread)... power button hold, swipe left to right. You have to start swiping immediately after pressing the button, or it goes into the Power Off menu.
