Same, but its not based on location. I'm extremely anxious because my MAXX had to be replaced 5 times due to horrible replacement quality and because of that I no longer have ICS. My old device had it from the soak test and going back to Gingerbread is very disappointing.

just south of philadelphia

I didnt check for the upgrade, it started downloading itself
