With that: Has anyone else been prompted to do a firmware update for the camera when they open it?
that was answered somewhere else. let me see if I can find itI got the same thing when I tried to take a picture. Any luck in resolving it, cory? it gave me three options after I clicked yes. Don't know which one to do, so I backed out. Help and thanks in advance.
did the brightness adjustment from the top of the pull down menu go away?

No, you need to unselect Automatic Brightness in the settings.

I actually just did this
If I remember correctly there is only one option with "write" in the title. Use that one.

WiFi = it works fine also. However, maybe there's a bug we don't know about that relates to how your access point is configured. I only use Mac address filtering and hide by SSID.
Did you guys both start with a fresh install of DL09? Wipe/Hard Reset.
Actually it sounds like you did all the right things. Something is definitely whack because I will tell you now, if I were having WiFi issues I would be back on DL09 in a New York minute. So, if it were me, I would do the following explicitly.
1) fresh flash of DJ09
2) Install the latest CWM red
3) Flash the EB01 radio with ODIN
4) Use CWM to flash the EB01 update.
5) Do not restore with My Backup Pro for at least 60 minutes of WiFi testing has been completed, or you are convinced WiFi is still borked; whichever comes first.
I hate to distract from anyone else's procedures or files, but I will upload all the files I referenced above if you want them, as I don't think they've been posted exactly as I've written.
