Echo when people call in make the phone almost useless

Hi,

I upgraded my SPH-D710 to JellyBean 4.2.2 and absolutely loved the results.

That is until someone called me and told me they were hearing everything they were saying back to them.

Has anyone else had this issue and if so does anyone know how to resolve.

My S2 is not my daily phone anymore, but did you typo the Android version you are on, or did you install a custom ROM? I am stock and only have 4.1.2

Are you on an AOSP ROM? I'm currently running WTFN CM10.1 4/25 build and the issue is resolved (strangely, the echo was present on 4/29 nightly though). Most of the custom ROMs based on cm10.1 have since been updated/fixed as well.

Don't use the nightlies. They're very unstable. Go with the developer releases.
