I should mention that the reason I sent it to my note was so I could sign it then email it.
I'm happy to fill it in again as long as I can sign it. Just need a program that will let me do that.

Not a complete answer to your inquiry, but you should be able to 'print' the form to a new pdf from your computer using PrimoPDF, Cute PDF Writer, or any of the other conversion tools that install and act like a printer on the PC. Then import the completed form into Snote and sign it. You can then export or 'share as' yet another pdf that you can send via email.

I use this method routinely to 'print' a single page of a larger pdf document, then use Snote to mark it up, then email it to others.

Not all pdf editors are equal. Look at Lecture Notes, it does the job and flattens the file for proper providing.

I told you I'm not using any pdf program. The only pdf program I got on phone is a adobe pdf reader. Thts why I said it's strange. May be es file manager opened your file as picture? I'll give it a good look today and let you know.

I thought you only used that to open the file.
It's ok, I downloaded lecture notes and after flattening the file I could sign it. I used adobe reader to open it.

Thanks for your help I appreciate it.

You can also open a PDF in Polaris office & sign it!

Polaris Office has printer compatibility issues with the pdf files it creates. Not all printers are capable of handling its files, meaning the display shows the signature or whatever and the printed version does not display the signature or whatever.

I've downloaded a PDF file and filled it in on my laptop. . I Transferred it to my Note and the fields weren't filled in.
I think it may actually be an image file. IF I can fill it in on My laptop there must be a way to do it on the Note. I used Nitro pdf on my laptop. what is a program that will do that on the note?

This is the file

I think the only way to "save" filled in form pdf documents is to have a full version of adobe. The Adobe Reader will NOT save filled in forms...
