Edit the Quick Settings Panel

On Android 7.1.1:

The Quick Settings panel has much too many icons, and you probably won't be using them all. I only use 4: WiFi, BT, Location, and Auto-rotate. Since the familiar UI Tuner is now missing, how do you remove all the extra icons?

You can change or re-order the quick settings icon in the same way as before (in Android 6) by fully opening the notifications panel and tapping the ellipsis near the top, then tapping Button order. You can then move the icons to a different order or drag them to the bottom, where Android 6 had Delete. The latter action will move the icons to a sort of storage area so you can add them back later if you wish.
