Editing Build.Prop to access more apps on market with HC, good idea?

Just wondering since there seems to be tons of apps missing, I'm guessing because of the preview version of HC and it being a nook. I saw that thread on making swype work and thought this could be a good idea. Any thoughts?

Also any help on how to switch out the build.prop file on adb would be helpful!

edit build.prop
If you have access to the market down load root explorer. Yes its a paid app but if you planning on trying different roms it is money well spent. There are a few strings here in the forum to help you along. follow the instructions and you should have no issues.
