Email Attachment open in different language

When I open PDFs using the default PDF viewer the PDF opening in another language (look something like Chinese). Has anyone else seen this before?

Are you sure the document was supposed to be in a different language. PDFs are just an image of a file, in most cases. They just use PDF instead of jpg.

Yes because when I open them on my computer they open just fine.

What is the default viewer? I have three options installed that open PDFs. Don't recall original.

I am not sure what the program is but it just opens up.
