Email I send does not end up in sent folder when viewed on personal laptop - yahoo mail app

I use Yahoo email app by default. Until the latest upgrade to Android 6.0.1, I could view all of my folders, which I cannot do now. Worse yet, though, is that when I send a message from my S6 Edge, it does not seem to go to my Yahoo account sent folder. It is on my phone, but not online when viewed from my laptop. What gives on this? Will there be a fix for it soon?
