This issue has been going on for quite some time and while searching the forums I saw a few discussions on this but no solutions so want to see if anyone know. I currently use the default email app (version 6.0.01.11) on my Galaxy S8+. I have 3 different emails that are used through the app. My issue is I will frequently receieve email notifications from emails that are approximately a month old. They are unread emails but I dont plan on opening them. I usually get them when I get 1 new email from one of my accounts then notifications from the other 2 accounts with month old emails. I just want notifications if I get a new message. Is there any way to resolve this?
