email problem

I have a droid incredible that will not receive emails from my work account. It will send them but not receive. I have deleted and reentered the account information and the same thing happens. If I set up someone else's email account to the phone it works fine. It is a pop account and like I said all of the settings are correct and the settings on our end are correct. this just started happening out of the blue. I even switched phones to an extra one we have in the office. any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Different email accounts on the same server work, but yours does not? That is weird.

You sure the port for the Pop server is 110?
