Email Problem

Hello, when trying to open my Comcast emails using the standard email app I receive this message, "no application to perform this action". I have to tap the screen a couple of times before it will show the email. It doesn't happen with every email and its random. Any thoughts? Thanks20140618_183535.jpg
 
Hi guys, thanks for the responses. I probably should have mentioned in the original post that I have a Samsung Tab 3 and my wife has an IPad and we both check our Comcast emails on those devices with no problems. The Tab 3 is also an Android tablet and again no issues with emails. I called LG and they asked me to do a factory reset and still same issue. I even tried copying the incoming/outgoing email settings from the Tab 3 and setting up the LG the same way but again same issue.Too bad....otherwise its a great device.
 
I am not sure what else to suggest. Sorry it didn't work out.
