Emails won't load after update

My Note 3 updated last night, but now it won't load email. I scowered forums for solutions and mostly saw recommendations to make sure "Auto Sync data" was selected in the Data Usage tab in settings. That didn't work. Any other ideas?

Using stock Samsung email app.
Try settings on app menu and keep tapping on the account names until you get to sync settings and see if sync is on there. KitKat resets a lot of stuff.
