I am using the standard email app that comes with the TB. When I delete something on my phone I don't want to delete it anywhere else. I want to be able to delete if from my phone but be able to still download it to my laptop email. I use a POP3 email account. Is there a setting that I need to be changed? I had a blackberry before and there was a setting that allowed me to delete it from my phone but not from my email account.

Same here.

Go to menu, settings, send and receive. Turn off the delete from server check which is on by default.
