Emoji button gone and can't copy and paste

[AC Question]

Up until yesterday my s6 was fine. Now randomly I can't copy or paste text or Web links and my emoji button has gone from my keyboard. Can't find any solutions on Google.

Can anybody help me without doing a factory reset?

Yes, have you tried booting into Safe Mode, to test whether a third-party app is causing trouble? Such apps are disabled in Safe Mode, so if the trouble stops, that will be the cause.

Done it still got same problem. It's so frustrating. Grrrr. And I want to put an angry face but I can't lol
