empty notification and android symbol in my notif bar

Theres a constant empty notif in my notifications area, sometimes there r two but one of it usually goes away after some taps.
It unlocks my phone while its idle (dont have a passcode on it) and mutes any video if it pops up while im watching smthing.
I have tried switching between light and dark mode aswell rebooting the phone. Switching the notif style in setting doesnt work aswell.

Can you disable display over?

i can disable display over but it was already disabled for most of the apps, its only enabled for apps like settings, calculator. Disabling it didnt help to remove the empty line notif thing

Can you see what is running on your phone? Like running services in developer options?

I dont know how to check that, i can onlt see the running stuff through the cleaner option in settings

i found the app finally, should i just uninstall it or disable its notification perm. I dont remeber downloading anything like it neither does it appears in my apps menu.
Theres only permanent notif permission enabled, i just disabled it. Will update if the notifs appears again. The current didnt disappear tho. I had to clear them from cache

Yeah turn off permanent notification and it will remove that annoying notification. Force stop after and notification will go away... I believe it is a pre installed app.

I would stop using that cleaner though If you use it often. At least the memory part. Memory is not the same as device storage. Memory is temporary storage used by apps to store certain processes so that they don't have to load them every time you open an app. It makes loading faster. Your phone already manages all that by itself and will clear memory as needed. Sometimes cache needs to be cleared manually if it becomes corrupted and an app isnt working correctly, but other than that I wouldnt mess with it because it makes loading times slower and makes your phone work a little harder. Not sure if I explained that well lol. If you google what ram is and how it works you can get a better understanding than my explanation.

Yes, definitely the best option is to uninstall that app. Let us know if your issues persist after that.

Yeah if can't be disabled or uninstall turn notifications for it off completely

I've read the reviews and permissions for that Phone Walls and it seems a very shady app. Uninstall, uninstall and uninstall again
