Empty the trash bin

I am trying to make room in NY phone t815. Now its saying the bin is full. Have emptied the bin on Google but can't find where to empty the bin for everything else. Pls help

Hello ShelleyBur..Not clear and quoted "Have emptied the Bin on Google"

but can't find where to Empty the bin for: What's this.? "everything else"

The smarphones doesn't has -Recycle bin- Except to Dump apps

or for Clear the browsing history. Do you refer to that..explain
