Enable Download Manager

[AC Question]

A friend has a Samsung Tab 4 tablet, and it refuses to download files (epub) from the 'net. At first I used Chrome browser, then the more basic Internet browser that comes stock. When I used the Internet browser, it still wouldn't download, but gave the message "Enable Download Manager". How can I do that? I looked through the settings menus and didn't find it. Help?

Welcome to Android Central! Go to the App Manager, and look for Download Manager. Select it, then tap "Turn On" or "Enable" if it was disabled.
