Encrypted Device Samsung A3: how can I set it back to how it was?

Encrypted Device Samsung A3

Hi.
I accidentally Encrypted my device (Samsung Galaxy A3) and now every time I have to enter a password when I want to use it which is a hassle. I want it to lock automatically after a few seconds but swipe to unlock screen like my Samsung Galaxy S111 Mini. I have checked the Manual but it is not very informative. Please help.
