Epic alarm length limitation? 30-45 secs.? Any way to increase?

I have some alarm tones I use that get cut off after about 30-45 seconds of play-they are probably 2+ mins in length (mp3's). Is this a limitation of the stock alarm app? Is there a way to change it, or do other apps not have this apparent limitation?

I think this is the limit of the stock clock app. There maybe other apps available but I think in case of the alarm they just have it preset to a certain number of seconds and then it just loops.

Android Alarm is a great app for music in the morning, certqinly doesn't play the entire song but it must be nearly 1 1/2 minutes, it might even be free
