Error 0x800703EE When copying files to new 64GB microSDXC Card

Has anyone ever run into this issue when copying files to a new microsdxc card? Its using the exFat file management system.
 
Exfat file system does not work on android so you have to format the sdcard in the phone and it will make fat32
