Error 491 when trying to download

Hello, i'am getting the 491 error every time (almost every time) when i try to download app. It happens one time, and when i click to install again, after closing error popup, and it works normally. How can i fix this? The most anoying part is that i can't install apps from my pc in google play, it start downloading and stops (i see this trought natification bar). thank you.
