ERROR CODE: Error processing purchase. [DF - BPA - 10] - WTF?!

Always when I try to download a MP3 Downloader on my Phone this Error is coming...Error processing purchase. [DF - BPA - 10].
I tried to reset my Play Stoe - but still ist coming. What do do? And why is that coming.. Was never like this..
