I sent a "What the hell" email (more polite though), and a half hour later get a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. Maybe they needed a reminder of who ordered?

Just sent one myself. Hopefully soon.

Got tracking number today. It's now showing left SHENZHEN, CN, and I'll have it 9/1. Since email says that camera and phone share the same tracking number, they should both arrive then.

I filled out a form on their website. I think it's support@essential.com.

Still waiting. I emailed them yesterday and no reply yet. I am likely going to have to return the damned thing unopened because of all of this. I am almost out of time before I leave the country.

The thing I can’t get past is all the blatant lies. Last week I’m being told they can’t cancel my order as it’s ready to ship. It’s nearly a week later and I still have no shipping email.
They obviously have a suite of generic email responses they send out in the hope we will be silenced long enough for them to drag themselves thru this farce.

Just sent an email to support@essential.com, arubin@essential.com, and andy@essential.com asking for order status updates and complaining about the lack of communication and transparency. We will see if this gets me any updates.

I just had another thought, I wonder if my order is being held up because I ordered the phone with the camera, but haven't paid for the camera yet because I no longer want it.

Couple of people on XDA reported receiving tracking number now for phone and camera orders... Looks like tracking info is being sent. Hopefully everyone receives one before tomorrow morning.

I ordered phone and camera both, got my tracking info at 1am. No info populated yet on Fed ex tracking though. Hoping I get it by Saturday at the latest.
