Very frustrating. I wouldn't mind so much if they provided updates. It's just the embarrassing customer service that annoys me.

Anyone else notice it's no longer available on Amazon? I ordered the phone in mid august, then got an email on the 29th saying Amazon had an issue so cancelled my order. Re ordered and was then told the release date had moved to the 8th. And now the day before it should be released it's not even showing on the site. I don't mind waiting but the way they've handled the release of this phone is frustrating. Haven't received any email yet but assuming it's been delayed further. Has anyone had an email who ordered through Amazon?

I actually just received an email from amazon today saying that my phone was preparing for shipment and that it is expected to arrive on Monday the 10th. I ordered through amazon on the 28th of august, order got canceled on 29th and re-ordered that same night.

Amazon have just emailed to confirm shipping. Should arrive around 21st apparently.

Looks like Sprint has changed the date yet again.

I'm guessing no one with Sprint has actually gotten the essential phone. The ship page hasn't updated to reflect this. I know they update it cause I was looking at get an iPad pro but they moved that ship date back to October when last week it was September.

Member of xda forum who ordered on the 21st received it yesterday, and a couple other got shipping dates showing delivery on next Tuesday. But that's all I've seen. Called my local Sprint store today to see if they were expecting it and they told me it was pushed back but he doesn't know till when.

No, I did not reply to the email. Only the customers who sent PII that was improperly shared very a free phone.

I got a phone call this morning from some guy at Essential responding to my email I sent (last week) about my order status. I told him I've had the phone since Tuesday already and he was like "oh, ok" and hung up.
