EVO 3D Bootloop on (Stock Rom)(Unrooted)

My Evo 3D started bootlooping, it'll go to the HTC screen and chill then shut off and reboot. I've tried a hard reset, but that hasn't fixed it. I've seen this is a common issue online but it appears to mostly be with people who have custom roms and recoveries and I don't. All of the solutions I've found are for people who have customer recoveries, so I'm curious if there's a way to downgrade the software or something to that effect like you can do with ODIN and a samsung.
