EVO 4G LTE -- Bluetooth Streaming/Mp3Tag

Guys,

I tested a Samsung GS II several months back, and I was happy to see that it would sync with my car's stereo system and when I would play a song on the Sammy through bluetooth streaming, the song's name and artist would show up on my stereo.

I cannot figure out how to duplicate this feature on the EVO LTE. Does HTC not have a particular BT profile to allow the sending of the Title/Artist on Bluetooth? Am I using the wrong music program? Is there an app I can use? I know the MP3Tags are there, because its the same exact songs I would play on the GS II.

Just to clarify, it streams fine. It just doesn't display the song's information like the GSII does.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!

I am leaning towards the bluetooth stack that HTC uses as the culprit.
I have a Parrot CK3100 in my truck and pairing that with my EVO LTE is about 20% effective.
It takes several several times to pair. And sometimes not at all.
NONE of my other devices have had issues. I also did a firmware update on the Parrot device with the same results.
