Thanks a lot. I just did the msl reset and it seems to be working fine so far. I had been having this problem for weeks.
One thing, don't go to Sprint chat and expect to get the msl code, they won't give it to you. Called customer service, got sent to tech support, they gave it to me no problem after I explained the problem and the fact I had done a reset already and that did not fix the problem.
