Evo gone made.

My Evo 3d keeps rebooting every 5 to 10 minutes. It's been doing it all day long. Can someone tell if there is a way to fix this please.

I wish I could help. The only thing I can say is this: if my phone were doing that I would lose my mind and kill the next 3 people I came across. Except my family. Maybe.

No I haven't done a hard reset yet. I done have a computer to back up anything. I guess I'll have to take it to the sprint site tomorrow. If I find what caused it and what a good fix is for it I'll post it.

My wife had this problem and she called Tech Support. They knew of the problem and tried to talk her through a fix, but we couldn't get the phone to a point after it would re-boot where the tech could help us. Ultimately she got a new phone since we were covered by insurance. Good luck.

Can't argue with getting a new phone....
