excellence at local sprint store

long line was achieved at the sprint store so much and local sprint store predicted this. they treated us to free starbucks in the store with sugar, creme, and choice of donuts to go with it. dont have photo of store due to maintaining privacy of the employees or customers but they suggested to the starbucks next door to open early for the release, let customers know it should be in jacksonville, orlando, tampa, and miami by the end of the summer, also bought starbucks to provide to customers for free. long line was so long, that i was on the second page of the list next in line and that wait was for 2 hours. met some great people through conversation and was very happy in the air. associates did a tremedous job and were very welcoming. funny thing is people parked at the local bank parking lot and asked people to move thier cars but i told the manager to ask them to open checking account to stay and she took it. also to add, the line was created at 4am this morning.

but this is the line at 8am this morning and got larger when the store opened. total kudos to this store and would highly recommend it since i returned so many times and they are just actively wonderful.

I walked right into the Coral Gables, FL Sprint store at 10 am this morning and walked out with an activated Evo at 10:25. Unprecendented.

They had it together today!

The store in Lewisville, Texas was on top of things too. About 50 people in when the doors opened at 7am and I was in and out in about 20 minutes including transferring all contacts from my old WinMo phone. The best experience ever at Sprint. Kudos!

No systems issues at all like I heard about at RS and BB.

Was going to call and order it tonight via Order line, then decided to go to the Sprint Corporate store (Yonkers NY) called around 11am this morning to make sure they would have 1 available at 6pm, dude said if I am not there within the hour I won't get one. My local regular store isn't even getting them until the 14th or 16th. Called Sprint at 11:30, put on hold for 25 minutes and I gave up. I ordered one online so I should HOPEFULLY have mine by the middle of next week as long as they aren't sold out. Damn and here I thought it was going to be easy! LOL

there were only 2 other ppl at mine this morn at 7 30 am...i walked out with my evo, and a backup batt charger that runs on AA's for 103.13. good deal!
