Exchange Search and 802.1x wireless

I just got my Nexus Friday and I am liking much better than my Droid X. But I have noticed a few things. I am able to search my Exchange e-mail but no results are returned, has anyone else seen this? I am also having problems connecting to my wireless network at work, we are configured for 802.1x EAP with MSCHAPV2, again not sure if Android has issues connecting to this type of network none of my previous devices could connect either I was hoping that with ICS things would change. My Ipad is able to connect using WPA2 enterprise, that doesn't seem to be an option. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm wondering about that too. For all it's perceived faults from the fanboys, the iPhone has no problem linking to WPA2 Enterprise. Is there a setting that works with 802.1x?
