Exporting Chrome bookmarks

Is there a way to export my Chrome bookmarks on my phone? I found instructions to do it from the desktop browser, but I'd like to do it from my mobile Chrome browser if possible (because I don't have a computer always at hand). I'm wanting to try other browsers, but would want to transfer my bookmarks rather than recreate them one by one.

That would only sync Chrome to Chrome on different devices, not an export function.
