For those who are not satisfied with battery life or those who want to extend it :
" TURN OFF PODOMETER "
You will see the difference.

how do you turn off of the podometer
Do you mean pedometer? As in the thing that counts steps?
I get 2+ days with the pedometer on. One of the many reasons I got the watch was the pedometer.

Wish I knew how you were doing this. I took mine off the charger last night at 9 and when I woke up it was at 80. After checking the watch 3 times for 20 seconds each over 2 hours, I'm at 75%
Was it connected to your phone during that time? Mine loses about 5% at night.Wish I knew how you were doing this. I took mine off the charger last night at 9 and when I woke up it was at 80. After checking the watch 3 times for 20 seconds each over 2 hours, I'm at 75%

Have you looked at some of the battery saving tips such as data network to auto, Wi-Fi and GPS off when not using, etc? That's really strange that it's using that much when idle at night.
Only thing I can think of off the top of my head, if you've got stuff set like suggestions, is maybe are you using the weather and/or news widget(s) and they refresh often? That'd keep waking the watch and using cpu (battery).

BT connected to phone all other connections off always.
I have the weather on but only set to update every 6 hours. News isn't on that I know of? How do I turn it off
I have it sleep tracking while I sleep. I suppose that could drain it though I figured it was part of that 3 days normal usage.
That's another thing. The screen of these watches likes darker backgrounds, without getting into a bunch of detail because it'd totally jack the thread. The more black, the better the battery life. The more white the more energy used powering individual pixels.I guess that's what I get too for battery life. I just read about these people getting 2 full days worth.
What clock face is that you have!? I like it

Most days I'm at around 65% at the end of the day but today was more than usual remotely connected. I'm usually only a couple of hours or less. I also average 10k steps and when using exercise sessions I let the phone GPS track my location if I've got it with me. The standalone GPS lock sucks and it's a battery killer too.
Here's a screen shot of the watch and developer. I think I paid $1. It can change to a plethora of choices for both neon color and text color. That one is direct sunlight friendly and Seahawks colors.

I also use Gear Notification Extender app from the Play Store instead of letting the Gear Manager push my notifications. If memory serves it was $2. After installing it uncheck all notifications in GM except Gear Notification Extender (GNE)
Wi-Fi and GPS ,on the watch, are pretty large battery users but using the standalone music player is my biggest battery user. If I go for a long kayak excursion with just the watch with me my battery only lasts about half a day between GPS and the music player if I use them. I keep the oem charger in my dry bag when I go kayaking because I know I'll probably need the extra juice its built in battery offers.
Hope that helps

OkThanks! I use dark backgrounds. I tried the GNE app, but didn't like that it labeled EVERY notification with the letters GNE. You think Gear Notification Extender affects battery? As a Packer fan, I don't think I can use that clock now that you associated it with Seahawks.
I have everything on and I get 12-15 hours max before the watch goes totally dead. Kind of frustrating since I expected a lot more. Oh yeah and if I use the watch to play music it just about cuts that # in half. Many times I have run the watch on power saving mode when working a double shift. In fact just the other day my watch went from 100% to 5% in just 3 hours with no abnormal usage or music being played. I had to do a factory reset and it seems like things are back to normal now.
