Who is using what?
Is it profitable to switch to a extended battery as a power user.

How much extends it your battery compared to the stock one?

As many people I love the backplate and wouldn't replace it. Are there extended batteries with the same size as the stock one

How is the stock battery holding up for you now? If it meets your current needs then there probably isn't a reason to increase the battery size. Otherwise, consider a battery replacement to increase battery life. Most, if not all, battery replacements will be larger to accommodate the increased capacity. It's not likely that you'll find a bigger capacity battery that is the same size as the current as the increase wouldn't be substantial.

If you don't want the added bulk consider a mobile battery pack that can charge the device on the go.

I am a power user and I have the new zero Lemmon 10000 man battery currently getting at least 15 hours to a charge and I am still conditioning it. Does add a lot of bulk and weight might not be for everyone but I am very happy with it.

15 hours to a charge on a 10 amp battery?? What are you doing with that thing? 200% brightness with 30 minutes screen timeout and watching You Tube all day?

Today almost 11 hours with 75 percent left of heavy use

I ordered a 4680mAh battery from Ebay. It doesn't offer a HUGE gain from the standard battery, but once I cycled it a few times, it gives me a noticeable increase in battery life. If you're buying an extended battery, make sure it is NFC compatible if you use the NFC capability.

Timeout has nothing to do with the battery life. It just controls how long it should be left on when not in use( 30 minutes would be good for someone who reads)
If you're using the phone constantly, the timeout never goes into effect

Hallo there, just got Note3 and should like to know if I can plug it to my Samsung external battery pack (model EEB-EI1CWE) that works fine for my S3 using the same cable
of the pack (that comes with two output cables, both Note 10.1 and S3). On the label is written 9.000mAh:D, that for the size of
the pack looks a bit exaggerated...Anyway I find it very useful when unavailable other power supply.
I posted the question to Samsung assistance, but they suggested to buy for Note3 a looking similar battery pack with different model number (maybe only to increase sales?;))
Regards to all

Zerolemon has sold like 1700 of the 10k mAh batteries so far. I have the Zerolemon extended and I love the battery but hate the case. It feels nice and durable, but I dont need max protection. So far im at 50% with 1 day 1 hour and 11 hours of screen time.

I have a generic 7500 that I got from eBay at the beginning of October. I am a heavy user and I routinely get 8-9 hours of SoT with up to 28 hours on the battery. It doesn't add much bulk but just enough to get a good grip on the phone. I found an generic TPU case for it and unless Zerolemon comes out with just a TPU case for the 10,000 I'll probably pass on it. I don't really like Otterbox cases on the Note 3, it's big enough already, I don't really want to carry a paperback sized phone around everyday.

Hmm that's weird...I get 15 hours of use on my standard battery with heavy use...

Shoot, if i had a 10000 Mah battery i would be able to have 3-4 days heavy usage....

I'm talking continuous use with screen on time, I can stretch out if I spread out the on screen time. But if I'm on it continuously from about 8am until 4 or so, I'll drain it down to about 10%. If I'm out and about all day, it will last a lot longer.

Here's today's stats

I carry a spare fully charged battery, but the only time I used it, was just for show.. Because the Note 3 just seems like it doesn't want to run out of juice!! :D

I ordered the zero lemon 10,000. Can't wait to see how long it'll last. :-)

Apparently you didn't get the jixt of my post...(and I'm well aware of what a screen timeout is)...

I am amazed with this phone's battery life. I leave gps, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi on all day. I don't think I've ever turned them off. I work from home mostly and take my phone off the charger at 9 am. I'm a pretty heavy user and my phone is constantly paired to my Glass.

It's 9:42pm now and I have 30% left. Even with my iphones I have never gotten battery life this good.

That said, I still carry one of these in my backpack just in case:

Can't beat this thing it's a beast. Great for traveling. I prefer to use external battery backups because they don't add weight to my phone and the battery cases look ugly to me.

Here are some screenshots from the 3rd cycle. Heavy usage for me.
