External SD card

I'm using a 16gb ex SD card, and after switching a minimum amount of data, it says that there isn't enough room for more. That data equals about half a gb. I did reformat the card while it was empty. Also, some of the apps that I want to switch won't do it. Do I need to reset some "permissions"? Thanks for any help.

What type of data for what app/s do you mean? "Also, some of the apps that I want to switch won't do it" Won't do what? If you mean move to SD card, it depends on how the app is written. Fewer apps allow running from SD card, these days

You cant make the sd card adoptable storage to put apps data there , only portable for pictures,documents,video.

Just a quick reminder that SD cards are inherently less reliable than onboard storage, so don't use them as the only place you store important data. Make sure it's backed up or synced somewhere on a regular basis.

Try using App Manager Pro 3 for moving apps (or portions of apps) to the SD card. Works really well.

Don't try to root this bad boy, you'll brick the phone for sure. Only the international model, with the exynos processor, can be rooted.
