facebook app notificaitons are not pushing out anymore except live videos

i'm not sure if this is doing to other folks i know i kindof restarted my phone few times past week everything was working great back on 29th of last month when on wifi

are folks having this same problem with their phone all of a sudden i even try to uninstall and reinstall yesterday i never had a problem birthdays being pushed out on phone or memories stories in the past sometimes this is very odd even when on my samsung fast charger when charge at home

Hello, long press Facebook>tap info>notifications see if each category is toggle on?

they are every one of them inside app and in apps notification cataegories like birthdays even on show as a pop up am not sure what is going on

i know in the past sometimes friends stories don't pop up this is odd i never had a problem i shut down my phone and restart and half notifications won't pop up on phone anymore wifi facebook not it seems broken i'm not sure about comments yet i think that will push out

In the Facebook app go to settings->then notifications. There you will see a list of all the different notification categories. Each one has the option to enable push notifications, email, and SMS. Go through and select what you want for each category. Push would be notifications you get in your notification bar at the top of your screen, email is receive an email about the notification, and SMS is send you a text about the notification. After setting all categories how you want, then scroll to the bottom and you will see "where you receive notifications". Go through each one and enable how you would like your notifications sent. Under email and sms section make sure it shows your email and your phone number. Customize how you want them.

Might of been a update that mess something up , you go can uninstall the current Facebook write the version number down and install a earlier one from APK mirror see if everything ok

yeah i did that as well push is turn on on everything i could do that am not sure according to app brian website last time updated was yesterday that's what i have maybe next update will fixed it i know that were still in june software update and haven't gotten july as of yet i have no clue when we supposed to receive it on phones next week week after?

so basically in inside the app everything is like it is and when i go to phone apps find facebook then click on notification category they are in pop up

now i have read some reviews saying like back on 25 some folks notifications not coming up when i look at google play store but again i was at my brother house between 29-30th of last month came back home 30th and push notification were working wifi when on super charger phone i was having wifi issues sun night due to sorry rain when it finally stop wifi was stable on my phone again maybe i shouldn't had shut down and turn on my phone few times past week i don't know

am i'm only person right now having this issue and other folks 20 plus phones notifications are still pushing out on wifi?

Try like i mentioned , if its same then download Facebook lite its lighter version people that had good success

I would maybe check if adaptive notifications is turned on or I think it's called enhanced notifications now. There are some instances where it can mess with notifications so turning it off might help.

i don't understand what you are talking about got a screenshot or something btw even when i was data turn off wifi on way home i didn't get notify memories today i had to open app and saw that notification
