Facebook pic post

When I'm on facebook and want to post a pic, I always get these. I don't know what it's called but I took a screenshot of it. Iu thought clearing your cache would do the trick.
I've done it before but I seem to forgot how to do it.

If you have made a system update without resetting to factory settings, try to do it. Most of the problems can be solved by this way.

There hasn't been a system update. Other than updating apps. Should I just restart my phone?

Yes. You know I don't use official Facebook application anymore. I use Friendly, which is much lighter and have messenger include.

Is friendly a light version of FB app?

Friendly is an application wich replace Facebook AND messenger. There is no more advertisements in Facebook with it. It's not free.
If you want a free one you can use Lite for Facebook. It works fine too.

I just down loaded friendly and I'm able to use it. There is a free version
