Facebook problem on mobile data

Some particular phones encounter this problem.
Well never mind that.
Go to settings and then to APN (Access Point Names) and there will be an option to reset them to default.
This will do the trick.
If not then restart your phone after resetting the APN to default so that the settings are applied.
