Facebook uploading slower after recent update?

Anyone else notice after the recent software update sent out from AT&T, uploading videos to Facebook takes forever. I could upload vids much faster before, been 5 minutes and still only at 40% and that's on a lower res setting... other vids that were about the same length used to upload way faster.
