Factory data reset wont work

[AC Question]

None of my sd cards work on my phone so i thought its because of a virus.
I tried doing a Factory data reset but all that happens is it shuts down and i cant reboot it. i have to take out the battery for it to actually start but when it starts all the data is still in there. it is very frustrating to deal with a virus so i hope i get an ansver fast.

Are you able to boot into Safe Mode, to test whether a third-party app is causing trouble?

Push the power button like you would do when you want to turned phone off.

When you see the power off window pop up on your screen long press instead of just tapping it.

You should see it show if you want to reboot into safe mode.

Select ok ,then phone reboots into safe mode

Im trying but it stop at turning on and an icon that says: "The Art of Hi-Tech
Prestigio Multiphone"

Nevermind it just started in safe mode, What do i do now?
