Factory Reset after Jelly Bean?

Hi, just a quick question just to be sure...

Should I reset my SGS3 I9300 after updating to JB? Some programs are crashing on me, could resetting help?

Is it okay to use Samsung KIES as a back-up program if I have to do the reset?

Backing up then a factory reset will more than likely solve you problems. Kies is absolutely fine to back up with

does Kies back up phone settings mate?
and will the phone auto download all your apps over wifi when you log in like mine did when i 1st activated it?

Yep all apps start downloading after reset, phone settings are backed up including ringtones settings, sms, call logs and wifi passwords etc.

Well i had to factory reset 2day due to a virus n i still have a bug grr. Phone feels slick though
