Factory Reset Phone

I did a factory restore to the phone because I couldn't delete a file. The file deleted but I noticed that now on the folders it shows up with some weird date of Feb 18, 2014. Has this happened to anyone else? It wasn't there before. I'm on kitkat.

I wouldn't worry about that. Likely the folders were created before the device re-adjusted its clock settings.
