Factory reset S4 keeps freezing

I have Tmobile S4 and I noticed that my phone had been really slow lately so I decided to do a factory reset. I backed up everything with Smart Switch and restored it. But now, every few minutes, it freezes for a few seconds. It's not on any one particular app, it happens no matter which app I'm using. I already tried restarting it but it still keeps doing the same thing. It wasn't doing this before the reset. Anyone know a way to fix it?
