Failed to retrieve text message

[AC Question]

So sick of getting this message and its only been occurring maybe a month or so. By reading forum topics this was an issue in 2013?! Some text messages come through and others fail to retrieve data. Oddly enough when sent from an iPhone, no errors, when sent from android, errors... coincidence perhaps. Suggestions?
