We, the average users don't have it. The source code for the Mesmerize has been released, and the developers can probably tweak it to work with the Fascinate. It may take a few weeks though, so we all need to continue to be patient while they work their magic.

I was just about to post that landshark. I guess this means that the fascinate is the last SGS w/o an official froyo build but I guess it also means that its coming...but god knows when lol

Actually, per @GalaxySSupport on Twitter, the Fascinate (VZW), Continuum (VZW) and Showcase (Cellular South) are the only ones left.

No, the US and EU phones have incompatible software. The devs are already working on custom ROMs based off the Mesmerize Froyo source release.

No.... at the very least it is a GSM based release. Our phones are CDMA and no I don't think we will ever see an official Gingerbread drop but we will eventually see a leaked or hacked Gingerbread, but not this one.
