Fast wireless charger fan stopped working?

I have the flat fast wireless charger, first 3 days fan kicked on as soon as i put phone on it, now i dont hear the fan anymore....defective?

Try picking the charger up while holding your phone on it and see if you can hear it. I have to put it directly to my ear to hear it.

To me that sounds defective. Mine is super quiet. There has to be nothing going on for me to even get remotely close to hearing it (and no I don't have bad hearing).
