Fastest way to MUTE a Locked GS6A?

I'm in and out of meetings, and I keep my phone locked.
On my previous Note II, after waking up the phone with the power button, if I pressed and held the power button, a window popped up that had Mute/Vibrate/Sound as three touchable items. Then I could mute it, and put the phone back to sleep with another press of the power button. Laborious (compared to the iPhone's physical switch), but that's all I had.

I tried the same with the GS6A and I get the window- But it only has Power/Airplane/Restart/Emergency Mode. No volume at all.

How does someone quickly mute a locked phone?

Swipe down from the top on the lock screen, sound icon should be right there in the center of the notification (or whatever the proper name of it is) bar. From screen off, home or power button, swipe down, tap, silenced.
