Favorite apps broken by Lollipop upgrade

I've lost capital one, credit karma, weather channel, and Redbox. Just a few. Not too major.

haven't tried the others but Weather Channel works fine for me.

Weather Channel is not available to me. I have had a few other apps claim compatibility, but be unavailable for install on my phone (N6 w/ Verizon SIM). I am wondering if it has something to do w/ the phone showing up as a Verizon Wireless Motorola Nexus 6. Anyone else here that is having issues on Verizon?

Tasker won't turn mobile data on/off. Hopefully they fix this soon as it ruins a superb app

For me to update to Lollipop, Splashtop Remote Desktop, Dish Anywhere, and Amazon Music absolutely must work. Otherwise it's a no go. I think someone mentioned that Amazon Music may already have been updated to be compatible, but not the other two, as far as I know. Dish Anywhere hasn't been updated in quite some time, and certainly not since Lollipop was made available.

I went ahead and side loaded the update. Now just those colored dots swirling around for the past 5 minutes. How long should that take or is much tablet bricked now? Never mind. Now says Android is updating..optimizing apps. So I guess it's ok.

All done now and all is well, and the apps that I need to work appear to be working. It's definitely different from kit Kat and will take some getting used to, but otherwise fine so far.
