Favorite Launcher?

I am using Niagara launcher again. I am testing the latest 1.2 version with popup widgets, folders etc and I love it. I do have the pro version but it is worth it. Looks sleek and is fast.

so i have never used a launcher, i like to keep certain things stock from the manufacturer so One UI is what i use. and give thanks for the changes they made. i have no issues or complaints.

I know someone mentioned gestures up further. Ever since the android 11 update I haven't had any issues with nova and using gestures.

Way back when I tried a launcher on one of my HTC devices and they didn't play nice together so I gave up. I wasn't too upset about it because I really liked Sense. Sense was kind of the same as One UI, you hear more hate than praise but I liked it anyway.

Last night I decided to branch out in a couple of categories on my device, one of them being the launcher. I'm dipping a toe in Nova, haven't bought the upgrade yet, but it does give the device a nice look. I was actually surprised at the difference I noticed from the instant I opened the launcher. It truly was like seeing something for the first time. I guess what I'm saying is, I was impressed. I'm slowly working my way through all of the settings and trying different things but haven't found my "it" thing about it yet. Well not totally. I am loving the scrolling app drawer. That was probably the first and biggest thing I missed switching to Samsung from HTC. Scrolling just makes more sense to me than paging over and the frustrating thing about it was every time Samsung gives you a list of apps they scroll except in the app drawer. Add apps to your side panel, scroll, add apps to your folders, scroll, open the app drawer to add apps to your home screen or open one, page. Like, really? The only thing I'm not liking is having to reach the top or bottom of the screen to open the app drawer or notifications. Being able to swipe up and down anywhere on the screen was nice. Since you all are the experts, is there a setting for that?

In the meantime I'll stick with Nova for a while and see how much I like it but my favorite was Sense to answer the OP's question.

You can go to Nova settings and in there are gestures you can set for swipe up or down and various other options. Not sure what all options are Nova prime which is paid but it’s worth it.
