Fedex delivering 2/22/22

Mine said delivery today before 8pm. Then I got a notice it was delayed and the updated delivery is today before 8pm, which is weird. AND it left TX around 1am today but hasn't arrived anywhere since and it's almost 7:30pm here. So doubt I'm getting it tonight. :-(

It's 8:03pm and still not here. Now FedEx has removed the time it'll be delivered by, but left the date as today.

My device is still in Texas according to fedex. They're telling me it's coming today and Samsung is telling me it's coming today but I'm pretty sure it's not coming today. They've been holding my device since Saturday or sunday. No movement since of any kind. Definitely more like four or eight day shipping because I'm in New York and this is going to take time to get here. #clownshoes


Anybody else still stuck in Tx?

Yes mine is. Last scan was Sunday at 9:02 am Was due today by 4:30. Now it still says today by end of day lol.

FedEx drove past my home as usual. I was able to pick it up from the shipping center. Had to wait 15 minutes because I beat the delivery truck there. Got my S22 Ultra in Black and Galaxy Watch 4.

Fedex attempted delivery. Unfortunately, I got home from work just a few minutes too late.
I paid $5.55 for delivery between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. They Fedex guy came at 5:02. When I got home minutes later I was greeted by Door tag says they will try to redeliver the next business day. Will they still come between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.? I scanned the door tag code but I get an error message saying this tracking code can't be found. I tried to enter it in the app and from Fedex on my desktop. Door tag number is not found. So frustrating.

I am still in limbo waiting for Samsung to decide what to do about my missing phone. They say submitted for refund, and chance to reorder eventually, but today asked for more stuff (same stuff in different format). Told me next update may not be for 72 hours.

Credit card company issued a refund today so I tried to order another phone at Best Buy and Amazon, but only model just like one I originally ordered on 2/9 that I could find is priced $200 more than list price on Amazon from 3rd party which I ain't doing.

One thing I had not looked at is weighing the box and contents that arrived. It is exact same weight as FedEx original listed weight, which supports my view that either stolen at Samsung facility or just never put in box. I ordered Samsung Care service and there is actually an IMEI number listed in email I received today. So they assigned a phone to me at some point.

Adventure in patience continues. Have settled down from yesterday some at least.

I just ordered the phone this morning and now it says I'll have the phone tomorrow. I was not expecting to get it so quick, but that works out great because I'm off and can wait up for the phone. My case and screen protector doesn't come until Friday so I'll just wait to open everything on Saturday when I'm off again.

I think the Green is a very rich color. Of course it changes in bright lighting. The Green looks at bit like Blue-Green.

The Burgandy is quite a bit different than the Mystic Bronze. The Burgundy doesn't include the Bronze/Gold highlights. It stays in the various shades of Burgandy & Plum depending on the lighting. (Attached my Note20U next to the Burgandy for comparison.)

These are the shades my eyes detect, but not everyone will see the same shades. They can yell at my art teacher if so inclined.


We had to get different colors in this household so we wouldn't grab each other's phone. I think the Green is the more unique color. It's definitely different & unusual. I would enjoy either color. My Husband said he would have never chosen the Burgandy.

I hate that I passed on the burgundy now. From the pictures I saw on at&t it looked super pink so I just stuck with my old faithful black. It looks way darker on your pics.

Want to share my experience that I think might help you and others. After watching my phone not have an updated scan from 2/18 to 2/21, on Monday morning I called FedEx and was able to get friendly, savvy overseas customer service agent. Told her that I thought my phone was stuck in Coppell, Texas. She told me she would have a FedEx trace manager call me. Sure enough, 15 minutes later a domestic agent from FedEx calls me. He tells me he is working on "getting the package going". My package then doesn't end up being transported the normal route through the Memphis hub, it got sent straight to Oakland, CA and then to Northern Nevada, delivered yesterday at 11:34 AM. It helps to stay on FedEx and to try and get someone who knows what they are doing.

So just talked to Fedex and apparently my phone is still in NC and won't be delivered today even though that is what it says online. And they can't provide an updated delivery date

Mine is in NC as well and the updated delivery date is "Pending". It's been in NC since 1am with no movement and it needs to get to NH. Hopefully tomorrow or else I'll have to keep waiting since we're getting a snow storm on Friday
